How does the free preview work?+
Describe your project first. If the task fits our services and the price range works for you, we’ll agree a small preview: one slide, one page, or one calculation. This shows the approach, not the whole finished project. The preview is free, with no obligation to continue. If you approve the full quote, payment is due before we complete the remaining work.
What does the listed price cover?+
Presentation cleanup is $150 for up to 10 slides, $250 for up to 20, or $325 for up to 30. Document formatting is $150 for up to 5 source pages, $250 for up to 10, or $325 for up to 15. These packages use existing editable content and one shared style. Simple spreadsheets start at $200 for one tool, $350 for two related tools, or $475 for three related tools. One tool covers one workflow with up to three tabs; we confirm the full bundle scope before quoting. All packages include one consolidated revision. Prices are one-time project fees, not subscriptions.
Do I need to book a call?+
No. We can work through the brief, questions, feedback, and delivery by email. You can reply when it suits your day.
What do I need to send?+
Your existing file or a description of the spreadsheet you need, your goal, and any deadline. For design work, include your logo, colors, fonts, and an example you like if you have them. We’ll confirm how to share files after the initial inquiry.
Will I be able to edit the finished files?+
Yes. Presentation packages include PowerPoint and PDF. Document packages include an editable Word template and a PDF example. Spreadsheet packages include an editable Excel workbook and written instructions. Other formats can be agreed in the brief.
What if my project falls between packages?+
Send the exact slide or page count, or describe the tools you need. We can quote an in-between size or a larger project without making you buy unused capacity. Volume pricing applies to work completed together with shared styling or setup. Complexity can change the quote; we confirm the total before you commit.
What does one revision include?+
One consolidated set of changes to the agreed deliverable, such as spacing, colors, labels, or an adjustment to the agreed spreadsheet logic. A new direction, extra content, or an additional workflow needs its own quote. Include your deadline in the brief; we confirm availability and timing before you commit.
Do you use AI tools?+
We may use AI-assisted tools for drafting, formatting, and checking. Work is reviewed before delivery. Let us know about confidentiality requirements or restrictions on tools before sharing files so we can agree on an appropriate workflow.
